    Before you place the order

    Are you a trading company or a real yard?

    We are not an e-commerce platform and not a middleman. We keep physical inventory in our Songjiang yard in Shanghai — every machine you see is a machine we can film for you today.

    Can I buy just one machine?

    Yes. Single units ship in 2 days after payment. Most of our customers start with one container and come back for a second, third, even tenth.

    How do I check the machine condition?

    Our maintenance team performs a 6-point inspection on site and sends you real footage — cold start, hydraulic test, working load test, undercarriage, boom welds and oil leak check.

    What payment terms do you accept?

    T/T bank transfer. Deposit to reserve the machine, balance against the Bill of Lading copy for new buyers.

    Which ports do you ship from?

    Shanghai port mainly, also Qingdao and Tianjin. We handle booking, lashing, customs documents and send tracking after loading.

    Do you supply spare parts?

    Yes — buckets, tracks, hydraulic hoses, filters and common wear parts can be loaded into the same container at no extra freight.

    Buying & shipping questions

    01How can I confirm the real condition of the machine before payment?
    We film a full outgoing-inspection video of the exact unit — cold start, hydraulic response, walking test, boom/arm play, undercarriage and oil-leak check. You can also request a live WhatsApp video call from our Shanghai yard at any time before payment.
    02What is the minimum order quantity?
    MOQ is 1 unit. Mixed containers and full-fleet orders are both accepted, and we can consolidate several models in one shipment from Shanghai Port.
    03Which payment terms do you accept?
    T/T bank transfer and irrevocable L/C at sight. Usually 30% deposit to lock the machine and 70% balance against the copy of the B/L. Company bank account only — we never ask for personal accounts.
    04How long does delivery take?
    Machines in stock are dispatched within 3–7 working days after the deposit. Sea freight is roughly 15–25 days to Southeast Asia, 25–35 days to the Middle East, and 30–45 days to Africa and South America.
    05Do you handle shipping documents and customs?
    Yes. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin and any pre-shipment inspection (CIQ / BV / SGS) documents your country requires. FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP terms are all available.
    06Are spare parts and after-sales support included?
    Common wear parts, filters and spare teeth ship inside the same container free of freight. Our mechanics stay reachable on WhatsApp after delivery for start-up, hydraulic setting and daily maintenance guidance.
    07Can I visit the yard and pick the machine myself?
    Absolutely. Our yard at Jiuzhou World Trade Center, Songjiang District, Shanghai holds 3000+ units. We arrange pick-up, translation and on-site testing for visiting buyers, 7 days a week.
    08What if the machine has a problem after arrival?
    Send us photos or a short video and our technical team responds within 48 hours with a diagnosis. For any issue traceable to the inspection report, we cover the replacement parts and courier them to you.
